Fitment & Compatibility

• Deck size & pattern: This blade fits 60-inch and 72-inch decks with a standard 5-point star center hole (1-inch diameter). Measure your existing blade’s length and center hole shape—most Pro Chaser models are 20.5 or 22 inches long.
• Model/brand fit: Works on many Pro, Bad Boy, Hustler, and Gravely zero-turns, but not universal. Check your mower’s OEM blade part number (e.g., 123-456) against Pro Chaser’s cross-reference list.
• OEM vs aftermarket: This is an aftermarket blade. It may be slightly lighter or thinner than OEM, so verify spindle clearance and blade bolt torque specs.
• Measurement check: Measure blade length from tip to tip, center hole diameter, and offset angle. The Pro Chaser typically has a 30-degree lift—confirm your deck can handle that without hitting the deck shell.

• Quality: Made from heat-treated steel; holds an edge decently but may dull faster on sandy soil or frequent heavy mulching.
• Installation difficulty: Moderate. Requires a socket wrench, torque wrench (set to 70-90 ft-lbs), and blade removal tool. Watch for sharp edges—wear gloves.
• Common gotchas: The high-lift design can cause “clumping” in wet grass; use only for dry or average moisture. Also, the blade may not sit flush if your spindle hub has a different pilot diameter—check for wobble before tightening.
