What It Is

This is a 72-inch universal rubber flap that mounts to the bottom of a snow plow blade to reduce scraping damage on paved surfaces and improve snow sealing. It’s designed for use on UTVs, ATVs, garden tractors, and compact utility vehicles with a compatible plow blade.

Fitment & Compatibility

• Deck/Blade Size: Fits plow blades up to 72 inches wide. Measure your blade’s mounting surface width before buying—this flap covers the full width but may need trimming for narrower blades.
• Mounting: Uses a steel retainer bar and bolts (included). Works with most standard plow blades that have a flat mounting edge, but not with curved or proprietary OEM blades (e.g., some Honda, Kubota, or John Deere models).
• Universal vs OEM: Aftermarket universal fit. Not a direct replacement for brand-specific flaps. Check bolt hole spacing—Kolpin uses 3/8-inch holes spaced 12 inches apart. If your blade has different spacing, you’ll need to drill new holes.
• Material: 3/8-inch thick rubber, 5.5 inches tall. Ensure your blade has enough clearance (height) above ground to accommodate the flap without dragging.

• Quality: Heavy-duty rubber holds up well in cold weather, but can stiffen below -20°F. No cracking reported with normal use.
• Installation: Moderate difficulty—requires drilling holes if your blade doesn’t have pre-drilled 12-inch spacing. Use a punch or pilot bit to prevent rubber tearing. Two people recommended for alignment.
