What It Is

This is a 2-pack of 15x6.00-6 front tire and wheel assemblies designed for ride-on lawn mowers, zero-turn mowers, and garden tractors. The 4-ply pneumatic tires provide a smooth ride and good traction on turf, replacing worn or damaged front wheels.

Fitment & Compatibility

Before buying, verify these three things:

  • Tire size: Must be 15x6.00-6 (also labeled 15x6-6). Check the sidewall of your current tire.
  • Hub center: 3" centered hub with 3/4" bushing. Measure your axle diameter—if it’s 3/4", this fits. If you have a 5/8" or 1" axle, you’ll need a different bushing or wheel.
  • Bolt pattern: This is a 4-bolt hub on 4" centers. Confirm your mower’s wheel bolt pattern matches (common on many Craftsman, Husqvarna, John Deere, and MTD models). Measure from center of one bolt to center of the opposite bolt.

Check deck clearance too—taller or wider tires may rub on some zero-turn decks.

Key Things to Know

  • Quality: 4-ply rating is standard for residential mowers. Not heavy-duty enough for commercial use or rough terrain.
  • Installation: Easy bolt-on for most models. May need to reuse existing lug nuts or bolts (not included).
  • Bushing note: The 3/4" bushing is pre-installed. If your axle is smaller, you can remove it, but no adapter for larger axles.
  • Common gotcha: Some zero-turn mowers use a 5/8" axle with a different offset. Measure twice—returns are a hassle.

Should You Buy It

If you need a direct-replacement front tire for a residential lawn tractor or zero-turn with a 3/4" axle and 4-bolt pattern, this is a solid, affordable option. Not for heavy-duty commercial use or odd-sized axles.
