What It Is

The 8TEN LawnRAZOR high-lift blade is a direct replacement for stock blades on Toro Recycler and Lesco walk-behind mowers with a 21-inch cutting deck. It’s designed for dense, tall, or wet grass where increased airflow and suction are needed to prevent clumping and improve bagging performance.

Fitment & Compatibility

Before buying, confirm your mower has a 21-inch deck and accepts blades with a center hole diameter of 7/8-inch and a star-shaped drive pattern (5-point star). This blade replaces OEM part numbers: 11-9419, 14-1659, 14-9419, 75-9420, 91-2256, and 050808. It fits most Toro Recycler models (e.g., 20021, 20333, 20334) and Lesco 21-inch push mowers built after 2003. Check your mower’s manual or remove the old blade to verify the star pattern and overall length (21 inches). It will NOT fit standard round-center-hole spindles.

Key Things to Know

  • High-lift design increases suction for better bagging and side-discharge, but also increases engine load—expect slightly reduced run time per tank.
  • Installation difficulty: Easy. Use a torque wrench to tighten the center bolt to 45–55 ft-lbs (check your mower’s spec). Over-tightening can strip the spindle.
  • Quality note: 8TEN blades are heat-treated steel, but some users report they dull faster than OEM Toro blades in sandy or rocky soil. Inspect after 5–10 hours.
  • Common gotcha: The star pattern must align perfectly with the spindle—if it’s slightly off, the blade will wobble. Test fit before final torque.

Should You Buy It

If you mow thick, overgrown, or damp grass and want better bagging without paying OEM prices, this blade is a solid value. Skip it if your turf is clean and dry—a standard medium-lift blade will save engine power and last longer.
