What It Is

This is a replacement 1/2-inch wide, 140-inch long deck belt designed for 50-inch cutting decks on select Toro TimeCutter zero-turn mowers and compatible Ariens/Gravely models. It drives the blades from the engine pulley.

Fitment & Compatibility

Before buying, confirm your mower has a 50-inch deck and requires a 1/2" x 140" belt. This belt fits Toro TimeCutter Z5000, Z5020, Z5030, Z5035, Z5040, and Z5060 models. It also replaces OEM parts Toro 110-6892, Ariens/Gravely 07200107, and 07200107. Check your owner’s manual or measure your old belt (laid flat, end-to-end) to verify length and width. Not compatible with 42-inch, 54-inch, or 60-inch decks.

Key Things to Buy

  • Quality: Aftermarket belt, not OEM Toro. Expect similar lifespan (200–400 hours) if deck spindles are aligned and tension is correct.
  • Installation difficulty: Moderate. You’ll need to remove the belt guard and route around pulleys. Use a diagram or take a photo before removing the old belt.
  • Common gotcha: This belt is directional. Arrows on the belt indicate rotation direction. Installing backward can cause premature wear or slipping.
  • Check pulleys: Worn or seized spindles will shred any belt fast. Spin each blade pulley by hand before installing.

Should You Buy It

Buy this if you need a budget-friendly replacement for a worn 140-inch belt on a 50-inch Toro TimeCutter or compatible Ariens/Gravely and you’re comfortable with a non-OEM part. Avoid if you prefer OEM-only parts or have spindle issues—those should be fixed first.
